What's your favorite spicy food?

Anything with chili oil. I'm a huge fan of spicy foods containing mexican pepper and curry sauce. I am also an affectionate of famous peppers like Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Chili) and Trinidad Scorpion Butch T. By the way, I would like to attempt Naga Viper too.
